If The UK Paid Clinical Trials Playbook is not useful to you, you can ask for a full refund within 60 days of the date you bought it. You don't need to give a detailed reason.
How to request a refund:
- Use the refund or support link in your Digistore24 order confirmation email, or
- email support@paidtrialsplaybook.co.uk with the email address you ordered with and your order number, and I'll help you get it sorted.
Refunds are paid back to the original payment method by Digistore24. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under UK consumer law for digital content.
Ordering and delivery
The Playbook is a digital product. Orders are taken and processed by Digistore24, who handle payment, invoicing and delivery of the download. The price is £19.99 as shown at checkout. You'll receive the book (PDF) and five bonus files (PDF and Word) as a download link after payment.

Taking part in clinical research carries risks, and every study is different, so read each study's consent documents and speak to the research team before deciding. Trial availability, payments, eligibility and centre rules change, so always confirm current details directly with the research centre or study sponsor.
Nothing in the book or on this website guarantees acceptance onto a trial or any level of income. Any figures describing the author's own earnings are personal experience, are not typical and are not a promise of results. For tax questions, check HMRC guidance or consult a qualified adviser.
